The Rocket Comms team is expanding and looking for a driven, passionate Account Executive to join their team.

This is the perfect role for someone who has a year experience or some really solid internships during their time at University.

We are looking for someone who has a ‘can do’ attitude and is quick to learn. We’re also looking for someone who has an interest in technology, pop-culture and food & bev.

You will be a bit of a tech whizz, understand social media like the back of your hand, keep up with cultural and technological news, and ideally have a grasp on some design and editing tools, like PhotoShop, Adobe etc.

Rocket Comms is a hands-on, flat structure PR agency where everyone gets involved in everything and so we promise you’ll learn to be a PR-pro quickly.

Account Director

Are you suffering bad bouts of Sunday-ititus at the thought of going into work on Monday? Are you screaming silently for some more interesting clients, flexible hours and some new challenges?

Then look no further – Rocket Comms, based in the Lower North Shore of Sydney, is looking for a great Account Director to join their team next year.

The Account Director will get to run and work on accounts such as Oz Comic-Con, PAX, the Great Australasian Beer SpecTapular (GABS), Oktoberfest and heaps of super interesting food, beverage and technology clients. No day is the same and who doesn’t want to work on pop culture, technology and beer???

The work is varied, always interesting and spans all areas of PR and marketing from publicity through to event activation, influencer marketing, sampling, stunts etc. etc.

We’re looking for someone with 5 plus years experience to work alongside the Director of Rocket Comms on driving the best results and outcomes for the clients, as well as helping to grow the business further.

You will need to be fun, organised, results driven, have exceptional media relationships and be someone clients love. Oh and of course, you’ll need to like pop culture, technology and beer! 

For the right candidate, the role could grow into a partnership in the company.
